Spiritual Wisdom

I conceive of the Deity as constituting the Prime Mover , and World Soul . Anything more than this I consider to be a false construct of the Most High One , so far as there may be said to be any such divinity to begin with .  All persons are by nature born with both moral conscience  and God consciousness  . By utilizing both of these qualities one is able to find faith, even without necessarily having any scripture. At best , all scriptures are merely a reiteration of both natural law and natural religion .  Man is a combination of beast and god . His body is like a beast , and his soul is like God , containing a spark of the Divine . Man becomes sanctified by subjecting the base desires of the carnal nature to the divine light of the higher self , which is of the likeness of the Deity . All gods beside the Deity are to me archetypal figures . Upon such mythical characters , whom are thought by some to be personified components of the singular Godhead , one may base one's own personal character , so long as such proverbial beings themselves embody virtue .  One should cultivate virtue , in order to grow the fruits of the Spirit , which are love , joy , peace , patience , kindness , goodness , faithfulness , gentleness , and self control .  Higher truths may be said to be suprarational, but are never irrational . Matters of faith must not contradict matters of fact . For demonstrable evidence rightly takes precedence over mere sentiment .  Man must prove things , not simply presuppose things that are taken by people at face value . What matters in the end is not what you want to believe , but rather how things truly are , no matter how unpleasant you might find things to be .
